Barcode forms and consecutive number systems are used across every industry. These are used to track inventory, reduce costs and ensure security for their clients. We use the latest technology to print 1D and 2D barcodes ensuring that we get near 100% readability. Modulus and jumbo numbering applications are produced using variable imaging technologies.

Typically, they contain a consecutive numbering sequence. However, they can be used to trigger a device – like a scanner to turn off or turn on. Often banks use them on “header” forms to trigger imaging systems activation. When banks scan cancelled checks they often “batch” the forms. These batch forms are normally coded with barcodes. Building department use barcode forms with integrated labels to associate a building application with all supporting scanned documents and scanned change orders.

Another huge application for barcoded forms is chain of custody forms. Chain of custody forms use barcode labels that are integrated within a form and applied to each operation so a user can maintain a chain of custody. For instance, a health insurance form may contain 3 integrated barcoded labels. Each label may be applied to a vial of blood insuring that the “chain” remains intact. Evidence locker forms are often barcoded creating an unbroken chain of custody in criminal investigations.

At Drew & Rogers, we use the latest in barcoding technology to ensure the highest quality variable image printing. Utilizing versatile ink jet imaging systems, we produce forms with barcodes for a multitude of applications. We print barcodes onto cut sheet, unit set and continuous business forms. We have a barcode solution for any application.
